Skirtsi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to ensure your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This policy details how you can return or exchange a purchase from Skirtsi.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in the condition you received them to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Items should be in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@skirtsi.com.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your bank. Processing time may vary before the refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
